The Region of Waterloo International Airport (YKF) is a full service, modern facility that supports a thriving aviation community. The airport is located in Breslau, Ontario and is central to Cambridge, Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo.

Travelling has never been easier – $9 parking per day, free baggage carts, free Wi Fi and a licensed sit-down cafe. AVIS and Enterprise car rentals are available onsite.

Guests will enjoy the ease of flying from the Region of Waterloo International Airport:

  • WestJet provides non-stop daily service between Waterloo Region and Calgary. Guests can connect to destinations in Canada and the United States through Calgary. (Year-round)
  • FlyGTA provides twice daily service between Waterloo Region and Toronto Island. Passengers can utilized the pedestrian tunnel to reach downtown Toronto is minutes. (Year-round)
  • Sunwing provides weekly service between Waterloo Region and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. (December through March)

The Aviator Café by Edelweiss operates a licensed sit-down dining area. Located in the departure lounge, the cafe is open for all flights. Aviator offers daily specials, sandwiches and snacks approved to take on board flights. A valid boarding pass required for entry.

YKF is home to 25 businesses that employ 300+ people and contribute over $90 million to the local economy each year. This includes one of Canada’s largest professional flight training schools – the Waterloo Wellington Flight Centre. The airport is owned and operated by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
