City of Waterloo
Located in the heart of Uptown Waterloo, Beertown Public House is an all-season beer garden that is the perfect meeting place for friends, co-workers and families. Overlooking Waterloo Public Square, Beertown features great food, 30 draught lines, and is the birthplace of the Paddletron 3000 – a paddle with samples of all the draughts on tap!
Beertown Public House is a leader in the craft beer dining revolution. With their ‘Beer for Everyone’ commitment, they deliver a beer for everyday of the year and strive to educate their customers about craft beer through programs like the Thursday Night Cask Conditioned releases, one-off and exclusive product releases, and beer dinners with guest chefs and brewmasters.
Enjoy one of Beertown’s Tap Tables, featuring a tap right in the middle of the table, so groups can pour their own glass! Their Beer Paddles feature 4- 5 oz craft beer pours. Choose from one of their curated paddles, or create your own. There’s also the Fusion Tower – first introduced in Canada by Beertown. The fusion tower infuses draughts with ingredients chosen by Beertown. Enjoy new infusions every week.
The food at Beertown Public House is always fresh, and prepared by a culinary team headed up by Chef Todd Clarmo. Meals can be paired with their expertly curated beer and beverage list, served with the Charcoal brand of hospitality.
The first Beertown location opened in Cambridge in 2009. Its goal was to create a modern beer bar where guests feel welcome. Since then Beertown has expanded to 4 locations, including Public House in Waterloo which opened in 2012.
Reservations are recommended and can be made on their website.
