The facility also includes a community centre, senior and youth centre, concessions and Concourse Café, two meeting rooms, and offices for minor sports teams.
Both rinks at WMC have NHL-sized ice surfaces, that are used for a number of different skating programs.
The primary rink at Woolwich Community Centre is dedicated to the memory former Elmira-native Dan Snyder, who played in the NHL with the Atlanta Thrashers. WMC is also home to the Elmira Sugar Kings Junior B hockey team.
Woolwich Memorial Centre houses two universally accessible pools; a 6 lane 25 metre competition pool, and a warm-water teaching and leisure pool. It is home to the Woolwich Wave swim team, as well as several public swim classes and leisure swims.
