Mexican inspired and locally sourced – that’s Taco Farm in Uptown Waterloo!
At Taco Farm, they are Taco Farmers – using the best local ingredients and supporting small, local farms. Everything on their menu is made in house – from their tortillas and salsa, to their hot sauces, bar mixes and infusions. If you had it at Taco Farm, they made it!
The menu at Taco Farm features their house made tortilla chips served with salsa or guacamole, build your own taco platters, smoked mushroom quesadillas, and enchiladas. Make sure to save room for a churro for dessert! There are plenty of gluten free options: in fact, the churros are the only menu item that are not gluten free.
The drink menu at Taco Farm features everything from craft beer and crafted cocktails, to their specialty Tequila Flights, with a selection of over 40 varieties of tequila. Get ready to earn your ‘degree’ at Taco Farm’s Tequila School! At this school, Mexico’s finest tequilas are paired with a dish specifically designed to make each tequila’s unique flavour come alive. Check their website to find out when the next class is in session!
