Conestoga Mall is also the home of the City of Waterloo Museum. A community gathering place, the Museum features collections, exhibitions, and programs that celebrate the city’s rich and diverse history. Entrance to the Museum is located by the entrance to the food court, and admission is free.
Conestoga Mall takes great pride in serving its customers. To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience, the staff at the Guest Services kiosk are there to answer questions about stores and services. The kiosk also offers a number of complimentary services, including courtesy umbrellas, baby bottle warming and diaper kits, and phone charging. Wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are available for loan at Guest Services, as well as 2 motorized scooters. With a commitment to improving its overall impact on the environment, Conestoga Mall’s green initiatives include reduced energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, water conservation, and waste management.
Conestoga Mall is conveniently located on King Street North in Waterloo just off Hwy #85 North. Public transit access is available at the GRT terminal at the front door of the mall. The Conestoga ION terminal is located in the boulevard beside Conestoga Mall, providing easy access for shoppers. There is also an Electric Vehicle Charging Station located in the parking lot near the Davenport entrance.
