The Bruce Craft House is a restaurant and bar located in the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre. Some features of the restaurant include a stone fired oven for pizza and other baked goods, a number of craft beers on tap, and a patio for enjoying the warm months of the year. The Bruce Craft House is run by Chef Aaron Clyne.
The menu at the Bruce Craft House features dishes from a variety of regions. Their many types of pizza and pasta are typical Italian cuisine, but the menu also features a lot of Asian cuisine, such as dumplings, Korean fish tacos, and bibimbap. They have vegetarian pizza options and salads, and many menu items can also be adapted to suit a gluten-free diet. The Bruce Craft House also features a children’s menu with options for pizza and hamburgers, as well as a breakfast menu including omelettes, eggs benedict, or access to the hot buffet. Many of their menu items highlight the food producer, such as goat cheese from Woolwich, or Carrick Hill Farm’s free range pulled chicken.
Each day of the week offers a different feature at the Bruce Craft House. Visiting as a family? Enjoy a family meal featuring pizza, macaroni and cheese, salad, and garlic bread. The restaurant also offers a Sunday brunch menu, with a continental breakfast, beverages and a choice of entrée.
Live music at the Bruce Craft House occurs weekly during the summer. Past musicians include Ontario native Deni Gauthier, second generation musician Katy Warren, and Cambridge singer and songwriter Eric Bolton.
