City of Kitchener
B@THEMUSEUM is located in Downtown Kitchener, operating in partnership with THEMUSEUM. They offer food, drinks, and live music in a unique and comfortable space. The name is intended to convey the concept of being something, and is a tribute to their parent company, B Hospitality.
The restaurant has both indoor and patio dining, and its central location makes it the perfect place to meet up with friends. The drink menu features red and white wines, moonshine produced locally by Murphy’s Law Distillery, as well as a number of hand-crafted cocktails and Beertails. B@THEMUSEUM also features ten taps that serve up local craft beers on rotation.
The food menu is diverse and changes regularly to incorporate fresh, local produce. Menu items include soups, salads, dumplings, cheese boards, sandwiches, tacos, and pasta. Most of the food options can be prepared to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free diets. Other dietary restrictions can also be accommodated. Many of their menu items are organic, and are locally sourced. B@THEMUSEUM also serves a Sunday brunch, which includes omelettes, eggs “b.enedict,” french toast, sandwiches, and tempeh hash.
The restaurant and bar is open Tuesday to Sunday at 11:00am daily – closed Mondays. Reservations can be made by contacting the restaurant. B@THEMUSEUM can also be reserved for private events.
A true community partner, B@THEMUSEUM provides an annual free holiday dinner for people in need each November. The Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre partners with them to provide the food and service for this event, which annually serves over 100 people.
