The coronavirus is re-writing the “contract” between the dining room and the customers at the tables, and, in response, Waterloo Region food operations large and small have focused on re-building that confidence.
The World’s 50 Best sent Korean chef Junghyun Park of restaurant Atomix in New York to travel around Ontario’s wine country, to experience the region’s best culinary experiences as well as its liquid treasures.
Included in his tour was a stop at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel & Spa, where he met with Chef Jason Bangerter. His adventure has been shared on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants Instagram and Facebook channels. Langdon Hall is also featured on the 50 Best Discovery website.
