First came the Bruce Caboose food truck, which put fresh, local offerings served at the hotel’s The Bruce restaurant on the road to festivals, events and catering bookings. That led to the creation of B Elegant Catering & Event Planning, specializing in weddings, corporate and social events.

“It was an opportunity to bring a great deal of experience under one umbrella,” said director of sales and marketing Joe Hall.
