Summerlicious 2008 is the premier dining event for the summer in Waterloo Region. During Summerlicious (beginning on June 30th, 2008 through to August 31st, 2008) twelve of Waterloo Region's top restaurants offer residents and tourists alike the opportunity to sample a wide variety of diverse and innovative cuisine through prix fixe menus. Foodies can dine for a lot less on the specially created, set-price menus that come complete with promotional prices. Summerlicious, presented by American Express, Brick Brewery, and Peninsula Ridge promotes Waterloo Region's restaurant industry and is the perfect opportunity for restaurant lovers to experience the best of the region's eclectic cuisine.

Summerlicious kicks off on Monday June 30 and runs until the end of August 2008. The prix fixe menus are available at lunch and dinner at unbelievable price points - for lunch $25, and $35 for dinner! Each restaurant will offer a special 3-course prix fixe manu where patrons can sample the establishment's delicious fare.
