Corporate Meeting and Teambuilding Packages

Activity Packages
Social Activity Break - Join us for 18 holes of disc golf with a cold non-alcoholic drink and confection food item. Prices starting at $13.50 per person.
Leap Teambuilding Program - 2 hours of facilitated Teambuilding programs that can include activities such as : initiatives, low ropes, climbing wall/ vertical playground and high ropes. Additional activities can be incorporated such as Disc golf, beach volleyball, biking, tennis and field games. Prices starting at $19.50 per person (minimum 10 people required).
Meeting space with or without food services
Summit Room Rental - great for the smaller meetings. Lofted in the lounge and includes wi-fi access, screen and flip charts, markers. Additional rental equipment available. Daily rentals starting at $100.
Silvertip Lounge Rental - Great for AGM's , corporate retreats and banquets. The room with a view. The lounge boasts the spectacular view of the hills, floor to ceiling fireplace, wall to wall windows, air conditioning and easy access to the smoke free cedar deck. Capacity: 140. Daily rentals starting at $225.00
Special Accommodation rates will be offered with the Radisson Hotel Kitchener.
Plan a meeting in January or March and take advantage of low room only rates of $195.00
Day Meeting Package and dinner can be added to this great low room only rate to create a customized package.
