For more than 10 years, EcoCafe St. Jacobs has been serving Waterloo Region an ample variety of small batch roasted, globally sourced and certified coffee beans. They are roasted, sold and served at their headquarters in the Mill @ St. Jacobs. They believe “a great cup of coffee can be as good for the community as it is for the soul.”
“We want to excel in providing the best coffee to our community, of educating what the industry is about, where coffee comes from, how it is grown, milled, transported and processed. We want to educate others in the best methods which create the richest end result and create satisfaction for those interested in something better than the norm.”
– Edward Denyer, Founder
The EcoCafe St. Jacobs dream began when founder Edward Denyer discovered his passion for coffee. For Edward, it’s a way of life, not just a lifestyle. While living abroad, he was exposed first hand to his Colombian heritage with its rich coffee culture; this sparked his interest which he later decided to build on in Waterloo Region after leaving the tech sector.
