B∙Elegant is a catering and event planning service specializing in weddingscorporate events, and social events. They focus on applying farm-to-table concepts and supporting local farmers and producers. B∙Elegant offers full setup and teardown services, and can also provide rental equipment, such as tables, chairs, and plates. They have been providing event and wedding services for over ten years and are a part of the B Hospitality group, which also contains Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre, B@THEMUSEUM, and more.

B∙Elegant serves Waterloo Region and the surrounding areas, but they will travel further upon request. Weddings are typically booked up to a year in advance and bookings for corporate events should occur at least one month in advance. For all events, B∙Elegant provides one server per 25 guests and one bartender per 100 guests.

There are menus for weddings and corporate and social events available on their website. The wedding menu includes food items such as fried brie, blue crab bites, prime rib, and crème brulée. The host can choose an open or paid bar, and has the option of selecting from items such as antipasto platter, finger desserts, buffet dinners, food stations and more. There is also a food truck with poutine, macaroni and cheese, and grilled cheese.

The corporate event and social gathering menu provides lunch options, which includes items such as the Mambo Italiano, The Jerk, and Taste of the Orient. Drinks offered include red wine, white wine, vodka, whisky, scotch, gin, and beer. The beer options include local craft beers from Four Fathers BrewingGrand River Brewing, and more.
