    Nancy Keizer


    Radisson Kitchener Waterloo, General Manager

    Nancy is the General Manager of the Radisson Hotel Kitchener. Originally from New Brunswick, she began her career in the hotel business in St. Andrews. NB. Nancy has a CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator) and Hotel Management Diploma. She worked in Alberta, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland before coming to Ontario in 1999 as General Manager of the Holiday Inn Guelph. She joined the Radisson as General Manager in 2007. Nancy is an active member of the Waterloo Region Hotel Association.

    Homewood Suites by Hilton Cambridge Waterloo, General Manager

    Vanessa is the General Manager of the Homewood Suites in Cambridge. She began her career in the hospitality business in 1994 in operations, moving to sales in 2005. She hails from Ontario and has been in Waterloo region since 2009. Vanessa is also an active member of the Waterloo Region Hotel Association.
    David is the CAO for the Township of Woolwich and a graduate of the University of Waterloo. He joined the Township of Woolwich in 2007 – in time to be a founding Board member for WRTMC. David is actively involved in the KW Community Foundation.

    David is the CAO for the Township of Woolwich and a graduate of the University of Waterloo. He joined the Township of Woolwich in 2007 – in time to be a founding Board member for WRTMC. David is actively involved in the KW Community Foundation.

    Tim is the CAO for the City of Waterloo and a graduate of the University of Guelph. Tim joined the City of Waterloo in 1990 and became CAO in 2010 and the Board of WRTMC in the same year.

    Steven is the Executive Director of Drayton Entertainment where he has worked since 1999 in a number of capacities from marketing to his current role. He is a graduate of Ryerson University in Journalism.

    Randall is a seasoned executive and business leader with 30+ years experience generating profitable ventures in the manufacturing industry, retail distribution sector, real estate investment and field of technology. His experience in sales, business & product development & marketing are an asset to WRTMC.

    Chicopee Tube Park, General Manager

    Bob started his career as a ski patrol and later joined the management team at Glen Eden. He has his diploma in Ski Resort Management from Humber College. Bob served on the Ontario Ski Resorts Association as a board member and Chair. He helped create the Ski Resort Operations program at Georgian College and served as a faculty member. Bob joined Chicopee Tube Park as General Manager in 2007. Bob serves on the RTO4 Board.

    Bob and his wife Gayle are the proprietors of the Heidelberg Restaurant, Tavern & Motel in Heidelberg in the heart of Mennonite country. Bob is an avid curler and volunteer for curling events in Waterloo Region and beyond.

    Sandra is the Marketing & Communications Supervisor at the Region of Waterloo International Airport. She began her career in advertising and refined her skills in the private sector before landing at the airport in 2005. Sandra brings 20+ years of communications experience, including development and implementation of advertising, media, marketing and public relations strategies to the WRTMC Board.

    City of Cambridge, Deputy City Manager of Community Services

    Kent joined the City of Cambridge as Commissioner of Community Services in 2009 and now serves as the Deputy City Manager. Community Services. Kent joined the WRTMC Board of Directors in March 2014 and has also served on the RSTO Advisory Committee.

    Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Commissioner of Planning, Development and Legislative Services

    Rod joined the Region of Waterloo in 2016 after spending 11 years at the helm of Economic Development for the City of Kitchener. Rod is a University of Waterloo graduate, with a Master of Arts degree in Regional Planning and Resource Development. He's previously held positions with the City of Hamilton and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

    Jenny has been involved in St Jacobs’s operations since 1991. She has managed and developed the St. Jacobs Country brand, creating a partner marketing consortium and taking an active role in regional tourism development efforts. She is currently serving on the boards of the Grand Philharmonic Choir and MEDA. Past chair of the Centre for Family Business, Waterloo Region. She is a founding Board member of WRTMC.

    City of Kitchener, CAO

    Jeff has been the CAO of the City of Kitchener since his appointment in 2012. He began his employment at the city in 1989 as a planner. In addition to two years working in the private sector, he has spent 26 years with the city.

    Manulife LPGA Classic, Tournament Director

    Milaina obtained her undergraduate degree from Colgate University and her Masters in Arts – Applied Health Sciences, Sport Management. Her career has been devoted to sport from volunteering at the 2010 Olympics to her time with Golf Canada prior to joining the Bruno Event Team as Tournament Director for the Manulife LPGA in Waterloo Region in 2014.
