Canadians love their coffee. As a nation, we drink on average three cups a day. But in Waterloo Region, it is independent coffee roasters and vendors who are staking a claim as the favourites of local coffee aficionados.

First came the Bruce Caboose food truck, which put fresh, local offerings served at the hotel’s The Bruce restaurant on the road to festivals, events and catering bookings. That led to the creation of B Elegant Catering & Event Planning, specializing in weddings, corporate and social events.
Then, they established a presence in downtown Kitchener with the opening of B@Themuseum, which opened in 2015 in the space previously occupied by Imbibe.
Presently undergoing a renovation, The Bruce restaurant and lounge will reopen April 1 inside the Cambridge Hotel as the Bruce Craft House.
The team also is offering hospitality management services to other businesses, providing guidance in hotel operations and food services.
All of the brands have now been brought under a common banner known as B Hospitality.
“It was an opportunity to bring a great deal of experience under one umbrella,” said director of sales and marketing Joe Hall.
